Here's How the Plover Process Works...

Step one

Submit requests.

Once you've signed up, start loading up the queue with projects you want us to complete! You have full control to reprioritize projects inside queue, with the most important tasks at the top.

Step two

We'll get to work.

Our teams of professional, US-based graphic designers and video editors start work immediately on the top project in your queue. If we have any questions, we'll let you know.

Step three

Await thy notification.

We'll send you a notification as soon as your project is completed and ready for your feedback. We'll deliver a project ready for review within 24-48 hours, Monday - Friday (the only exception is longer video projects, which may take up to 72 hours).

Step four

Review. Revisions? Rock and roll!

Take a look at the project. If you want any changes made, let us know and we'll get them done. Otherwise, approve the project and download your files.

Step five

Onward and upward!

Once you approve a project, we get right to work on the next one in the queue. All you have to do is keep the queue loaded so we have work to do, and sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee. (Or something stronger. We won't judge.)

Frequently Asked Questions

How unlimited is unlimited?

To the full extent of the word -- there is no maximum number of requests you can submit. We work on your queue every single business day. That goes for revisions too! Move the logo over 1 pixel to the right, or change the background music in your Instagram video for the rest of time if you'd like. There are never overage fees with Plover.

The only thing not unlimited is time (we're working hard on a time machine to solve this). For now, we'll as fast as humans can work until we figure out this whole time travel thing. Until then we are all USA based video and graphics professionals working hard to make you the most beautiful content to ever exist.

Is there a long-term contract?

Absolutely not! You can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel your plan whenever you want.

As a reward for those who stay on board, we will give you an extra graphics request and a little surprise on your 6 month Plover anniversary.

How does the Plover process work?

As soon as you sign up, you'll get access to a dashboard to start submitting requests. Our designers and editors start work right away on the top project in your queue. We'll get your project done 24-48 hours (except for certain cases where videos may take up to 72 hours), and as soon as we finish the project we send it back to you for review. If you approve, great—we'll get started on the next project! If you have revisions, let us know and we'll get them back to you lickety-split! Learn more about how Plover works here.

What kind of projects can I do with Plover?

We do just about anything you can describe via the request form on the dashboard. If we have questions, we'll let you know. When in doubt, fire away and submit your request; you never know what we'll be able to tackle.
